Resumo: Volunteering at our organization offers a unique opportunity to be part of an organization that fosters creativity and cultural exchange through art. Our mission is to ensure that art and culture are accessible to all, especially young people, and to create a space where diverse voices and talents can thrive. As a volunteer, you will play a key role in supporting this mission by assisting with various creative projects and activities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - Focus on Youth and Creativity: Our main work centers around engaging children andteenagers in artistic activities outside of school. You will help facilitate workshops, support hands-on art projects, and assist in organizing cultural events that inspire and empower young people.
- Diverse Responsibilities: Your tasks as a volunteer may include preparing materials forworkshops, assisting professional artists and instructors, helping with the coordination ofevents, preparing our weekly theatre courses and managing communication with participants. You may also have the opportunity to work on special projects, both locally and internationally. Taking shifts in our local student bar is a unique opportunity.
- Collaboration with Schools and Adults: In addition to youth-focused activities, wecollaborate with schools and offer some courses for adults. You may be involved in organizing these educational programs and fostering connections between different age groups and backgrounds.
- Community and Impact: Volunteering is not just about art; it’s about building meaningful relationships and promoting a culture of peace, tolerance, and mutual understanding. You'll help create spaces where art brings people together, often crossing borders and breaking down barriers.
- Personal Growth: This experience will give you the chance to develop your own creative skills, enhance your understanding of cultural work, and gain valuable experience in project management, education, and community outreach.
