Resumo: We promote sustainability, solidarity, and conscious consumerism by collecting second-hand donations, supporting local vulnerable groups, and encouraging circular lifestyles.
We are looking for a motivated ESC volunteer who is eager to take part in a meaningful initiative and gain experience in social entrepreneurship, reuse culture, and community work.

Perfil: ● 18–30 years old and eligible for the ESC programme
● Interested in sustainability, social issues, and reuse culture
● Proactive, open-minded, and ready to learn
● Able to communicate in English (Hungarian is not required)
● Comfortable working in a small, supportive team

No previous experience is necessary — motivation matters most!

Tarefas: ● Assist with the daily operations of the charity shop (sorting donations, organizing items)
● Support customers and help communicate our mission to the local community
● Participate in donation campaigns and outreach activities
● Contribute to social media content and visual communication
● Help organize eco-workshops, upcycling sessions, and awareness events
● Develop and carry out your own small-scale initiative during the project

Condições: ● Accommodation: Provided in a shared apartment (private room included)
● Pocket Money: Monthly allowance according to ESC standards
● Food Allowance: Monthly contribution
● Local Transport: City bike pass (Bubi bike system)
● Travel Reimbursement: Covered based on ESC distance calculator
● Insurance: Provided by Henner (through the ESC programme)
● Language Support: Online Hungarian course via OLS
