Resumo: The hosting organization is a network of nonprofit institutions of local social initiatives, working for community empowerment through socioeducational programs at local level.
In total, we are a network of 9 entities that manage more than 50 projects with over 300 volunteers and 100 paid professionals with different dedications.

We set up as a network to:
*Facilitate coordination between the partners,
*Accompany educators, both professional and volunteers, in their work and in their personal and professional career development,
*Promote our socio-educative model, which is born from the leisure time and non-formal education,
*Provide support for improved management of the partners, and
*Develop programs and projects jointly, addressed to kids, teenagers, families and communities.

In addition, we develop all our actions with multidisciplinary teams, made up of volunteers and professionals.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for dynamic, organised and, above all, motivated people to work in collaboration with different interest groups and to learn.
Previous volunteering experience would be an asset.

Tarefas: The main action to be carried out with the project is the Intervention with children, adolescents and youth through non-formal education methodologies in socio-educational programmes, especially in kids clubs, youth clubs and educational leisure time groups.

European volunteers will help to develop activities through non-formal education methodologies.
There is also the possibility of collaborating in community projects with elderly people and families.
Volunteers will also participate in the dissemination of the European projects CES and Erasmus+ through the creation of materials, talks, information sessions...

Horário: max. 38 hours per week
2 days off per week
2 days holiday per month

Condições: TRAVEL:
Return travel costs will be financed according to the rules of the program.

LOCAL TRANSPORT:
Volunteers will be provided with a public transport card, charged with a monthly pass to use the metro.

POCKET MONEY:
The organization will do a Bank transfer with the pocket money (180€ per month) at the beginning of each month during the experience.

FOOD AND MEALS
The organization will transfer the money (150€ per month) for buying their own food and meals at the beginning of each month during the experience. The European Volunteers will be in charge of administrating this money, buying and cooking their meals.

ONLINE LINGUSTIC SUPPORT
During their experience, the European volunteers will have access to the EuAcademy platform: the EU virtual tool in order to learn and improve their Spanish skills depending on their Spanish level.

TRAINING ON ARRIVAL
The first four days after the arrival in Bilbao (Basque Country-Spain) the Tutor and the Coordinators of the projects will help the new European volunteers with discovering and adjusting to the new city and culture and they will also help with the administrative stuff, ...

INSURANCE:
You will be covered by Henner insurance scheme from the European Commission.
