Perfil: Volunteer profiles and recruitment process:
1. Our organization would like to receive: motivated, active, sociable, loving nature, loving working with children and young people

We will try to take into consideration with the requirements of the YiA program and in cases that we have more candidates will try to enable those with fewer opportunities to give them the opportunity to gain additional experience. For example, if two candidates have similar applications, but one has graduated from a prestigious university with a diploma from which to make good implementation, we will chose the other having fewer opportunities.
3. Any, but maybe if the applicant was volunteering in an environmental organization we prefer him. Because he can bring the experience from his organizaton and be useful for the local community in Haskovo. Even after the completion of the European voluntary service to carry out experience from Bulgaria in his country.

Tarefas: The volunteer will have the opportunity to participate in the creation and management of projects that aim an environmental protection, environmental education and the principles of sustandable development. In creating and managing such projects, will be applied non formal methods of education, namely learning through doing. Thus, after this service the volunteer will gain real knowledge of "project management". In actual implementation mechanisms of the project volunteers will have the opportunity to work with other young people from the local community, thus he / she can practice skills such as teamwork, working with people with different culture. In practical work the volunteer, can get know with flora and fauna of Bulgaria, which is part of the European Union and to obtain practical knowledge, such as planting different plants, care for animals, organic farming and others.
