Resumo: (national and international projects)
OBJECTIVES:
To promote the development and diffusion of all kinds of studies, projects and cultural activities related to cultural and creative industries.
To sensitize the population on international mobility and European knowledge space by means of European programs.
To give youth services, specially all those related to the development of these ends in our diverse expressions.
To take part in projects in artistic and cultural intervention in the territory, recovering spaces forgotten and those wich are to disposition by other institutions, associations, companies etc.
To contribute to social and economic development across the promotion of cultural entrepreneurism and support to creative community.
Participation in cultural projects to promote the cooperation between the different local administrations, Regions and to promote the Spanish Education, Culture and Sport Department presence in diverse points of our national territory.
Raise awareness among population, our partners and participants through our projects about importance of environmental sustainability practices, the groups of people integration in risk of social exclusion, digital transition and formal and non-formal education and training to achieve these ends.
To take part and to promote cooperation cultual projects and development cooperation in the European space and third countries, as well as Africa, South America or Asia.

Perfil: Age: 20-30
autonomous and independent persons with initiative and to being able to be entrepreneurs, because we would like to have a project proposed by them. We search sociable persons, used to live in a non easy environment because the project will develop in a small city in Albacete province, used to treat with disadvantaged or immigrant population, with digital competences in social networks, web design, european projects etc or with special interest to learn about this and, preferably,

Tarefas: The volunteer will support the organization in all national and international projects through tasks such as translation of the association's website, drafting documents (contracts, infopacks, agreements, projects) in English, and maintaining contact with foreign partners in English.
Responsibilities also include event planning for Erasmus+ and ESC promotion, content creation for social media and the cultural agenda, and participation in information and recruitment processes for volunteers.
The volunteer will organize youth workshop, including organizing and facilitating youth exchanges, about volunteering and associations, represent the organization in events and fairs, and may propose and implement a personal project for the town, region, or association.

Condições: Volunteers will live in a typical house renovated and equipped with everything necessary, a small kitchen lounge, three bathrooms, a single room for each participant and Internet.
LOGISTICAL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The volunteer should keep in mind that this year will be the first time we’re carrying out the project, with everything that implies—meaning the project is still being defined. We have our activities and goals to implement, but we are eager for volunteers to offer their ideas, identify the gaps, and address the needs they recognize
