Resumo: The hosting organization was found in 1983. It operates in the fields of environmental conservation and preservation, and the promotion of environmental and civic awareness with people and pupils. The cooperative organizes and manages activities of environmental education on behalf of the Italian Chapter of the World Wildlife Foundation (WWF).

Perfil: Age: 18-30

We are searching for four volunteers: - motivated, flexible and interested in social challenges; - good level of english; - we favor people who easily adapt to all type of challenges and are willing to share and put into use their skills and competences.

Tarefas: This project aims to address key social challenges in Palermo while fostering a sense of European awareness and solidarity to inspire positive change. It will involve young people in meaningful, hands-on community action across Palermo and the wider Sicilian context for almost 4 months. Volunteers will play an active role in both the design and implementation of initiatives that support individuals at risk of marginalization. Participants will work closely with local organizations dedicated to strengthening social cohesion, promoting ecological awareness, and tackling marginalization. These efforts will be carried out through inclusive, community-based, and non-formal educational practices.

Condições: - Shared rooms in an apartment in the historical centre of the city.
- The food allowance will be provided through vouchers of 7€/day.
- A pocket money of € 6,00 per each day of activity.
- The volunteers will receive a bike or a bus transportation.
