Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit cultural association that has been carrying out activities for more than 20 years. We are an organization with extensive experience in youth work that focuses on the methodology of non-formal education to offer, primarily, opportunities at the individual level for personal development through experimentation and learning outside the comfort zone and at the same time, to provide the entities with which we work and collaborate with the necessary information to exploit the resources available to them.

We do all this from our base and thanks to the team of professionals and volunteers that we have. That is why our main objective is to develop and carry out cultural activities with the ultimate aim of promoting human rights and always taking into consideration the values ​​that define us: respect, empathy, diversity, inclusion, tolerance, equality, environmental awareness and protection. of the historical-artistic heritage

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for motivated volunteers with initiative, who know how to work both independently and in a team. The work will be mainly with children, so they must want to work with that profile. The project takes place in a small town, where they will live. That is why they must be prepared for it and not expect to live in a city. The project requires flexibility, empathy and adaptability to the circumstances that arise.

Tarefas: Long-term project (until the end of June 2026) for three volunteers in the municipality. The volunteers will work mainly in the village primary school in different activities. Especially around the objectives of the 2030 agenda. Support in classes, organization of activities at recess, special events... In addition to the school, the volunteers will be able to collaborate with the library, sports activities, various associations... also depending on the interest of the volunteers. During school vacation periods, especially in the summer, they will support activities in the town.

Condições: Volunteers will live in a village house equipped with everything they need.
Each person will have their own bedroom (in specific moment maybe it is needed to share the bedroom during no more than 4 weeks per year) and will share a bathroom, living room, kitchen... They will receive a monthly amount of money for food and will manage their own food.
They will not need transportation to go to carry out their tasks, in the town they can walk everywhere. For the travel volunteers will receive a maximum amount of money in relation to the distance band according to the rules of the ESC.
