Resumo: The association develops activities and services around three priority areas: Social action; The educational action; Cultural activities.

Perfil: We are looking for someone aged between 18 and 30 with :
- A genuine interest in cultural practices and artistic/plastic creation
- Advanced manual artistic skills - A desire to work with young children (aged 4-12)
- A desire to pass on cultural and artistic knowledge
- An open mind and good people skills, with a wide variety of audiences
- People skills, open-mindedness and friendliness will be decisive criteria.
- ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to take initiatives and desire for autonomy
- Ability to manage social networks and edit videos (not compulsory)

Tarefas: The volunteer will be part of the Association's leisure/culture team. As such, they will be involved in
- Accompanying the children (aged 4/6) between school and the cultural activity
- Monitoring art workshops (for children, teenagers and adults): helping to manage and run workshops for children and adults with disabilities, taking part in workshops, photo reporting, monitoring equipment, scenographic research and organising exhibitions to promote the work, etc.
- Organising cultural events organised by the Association: Art exhibitions, Games weekend, Dance weekend, Theatre weekend,
- Communication on workshops and events,
- Development of events or projects requested by the volunteer,
- Promoting the work of all the volunteers in the structure. All activities are supervised by one of the association's employees.

Horário: 32h/week

Condições: The volunteer will share a flat with 2 single rooms with 1 other volunteer in a youth residence close to the city centre. Public transport will be provided and it will be possible to rent a bike.
The volunteer will receive money to buy food and eat it at the association at lunch (microwave and fridge available). If possible, a train reduction card and other reduction cards will be provided for the volunteer (according to the age). The volunteer will receve pocket money for other expenses.
