Resumo: The organization is a non profit organization and one of the three pillars of L’Archipel de Kembs a global initiative for an ecological transition including a pedagogical farm, a social grocery and a forest school. The ecological aspect is a strong part of the project in every initiative we start.

Perfil: Age: 20-26

It is important for our volunteer to be an outdoor person with a particular attractivity for farming, as the volunteer will spend almost all of his/her time outside.

In addition, we would like to find a volunteer interested in ecological initiatives. Working at the farm will be physically demanding and required to be in a good shape.

Strong wish of learning and working with kids like Students finishing their diploma of teacher or nature educator

Tarefas: The volunteer will be involved in the social grocery and in the pedagogical farm by following the cultures, harvesting, planting, watering. There is also the possibility to visit and being involved in our forest school, but most of the time will be spent in the farm.

Condições: The volunteer will be housed in accommodation in the town. A bicycle will be provided to go to the garden or school or reach the nearest train station (about 15 minutes). For food needs, a monthly allowance will be given to the volunteer. This is in addition to the monthly pocket money.
