Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit organization founded on May 24, 1990, by a group of energetic youth advocates and reformers who came together intending to improve and upgrade the status of the local youth, respecting their values, beliefs and freedoms. It owns a Youth House, which includes the House of Culture, Science and Technology for Youth, the Youth Hostel and the Sports and Leisure Base.

Our mission is to respond to the real needs of the youth and prepare them for the challenges of the 21st century, marked by continuous change and unpredictability. We have vast experience running local, regional, national and international projects that promote civic education, green, pollution-free environment, and anti-discrimination, alongside carrying out volunteer training, scout and camp training, cultural events and artistic workshops.

Our vision is to uphold the democratic and European core of values for the benefit of the youth, amplifying their never-ending potential and supporting them to grow in a safe, inclusive and diverse environment. We believe in young people as the driving force and motivation behind the progress of humanity. Our ultimate goal is to support this energy for the youth to learn, experiment, and implement. Awareness and understanding are not enough; we need proactive action.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Join a dynamic volunteer experience where you will engage with local youth (14–35 years) while developing your skills in event organization, media, and community outreach.

Special Activity: Hot air balloon flight

Main Activities:

✔ Facilitation: Plan and conduct workshops, events, and activities.
✔ Media & Promotion: Capture moments, write articles, and create online content.
✔ Event Logistics: Set up spaces, prepare materials, and assist with organization.
✔ Outreach Actions: Distribute flyers, organize flash mobs, and awareness campaigns.
