Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit association that has been founded by a group of creative and hardworking young people, passionate about education, human rights and European values.
Our main goal is to invest in the personal and professional development of young people and to promote quality education, solidarity and international spirit.
According to our mission statement, the organization is the Open Gate towards the World, the nest where we cultivate knowledgeable students working hand in hand with both public & private institutions active in the field of education, culture, youth, social inclusion.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Volunteers need to be interested in learning & personal development, enjoy working with kids & youth, be open & tolerant to other cultures. Flexibility is required, as they'll work in a multicultural environment in an international team. Being responsible, positive, energetic, communicative & a basic level of English is desirable to ease communication during project activities & within the international project team of staff & volunteers.

Tarefas: The activities, presential & online events that we propose promote democratic values such as human rights - right to life, no slavery, no torture, equality before the law, right to privacy, freedom of thought and expression, social security - , human dignity, freedom, democracy, equity and cooperation, the rule of law, solidarity, non-discrimination,
tolerance, multiculturalism, transparent ruling, access to objective & relevant information, informed choices and beliefs, the democratic process of elections, awareness against racism, hate speech or xenophobia.
