Resumo: The hosting organization was established in 2021 by a group of people with background in ecology, activism and community building in order to create new possibilities for adapting in the fast changing reality of climate change and for better understanding and implementing new ideas of how we could live differently on our planet. The main project of the NGO is an intentional community based on the agricultural land in Western part of Poland (Prosinko) with the mission of deep exploration and radical transformation of human lifestyle towards a regenerative culture. We practise and research the three interconnected aspects of regenerative living: personal growth, deepening community and meaningful contribution to the ecosystem.

Our goal is to create a place to discover together what it means to live regeneratively in connection with others and the surrounding ecosystem, and to grow up to be more responsible for the world and what we create. Our target group is people of all ages who want to explore with us other possibilities of life on our planet. The organization is a place of living experiment and inspiration on how to be engaged in processes supporting life in times of socio-environmental crisis. We organize on-site workshops, trainings, camps, and volunteering for young and adult people. We are supporting communities embedded in the local natural and social environment.

Tarefas: We co-create a village that helps people mature and cultivate concern for the common goods. Your volunteer work will be related to daily life, which inlcludes: natural buidling, gardening, cooking, carpentry, chopping wood, farm maintenance, harvesting and processing fruits, taking care of young forest, helping with cultural events and workshops, local networking and social media.
You'll have the chance to learn regenerative farming techniques and understand the importance of biodiversity in the ecosystem and many more.
We serve as a haven for people who do not want to run away from the challenges but need support to fulfill their unique role in the world. We ‘compost’ unhealthy pieces of modernity that we carry inside and act out in groups. We work with the body, emotions, and intellect. Work on the topic of building community will also be present during our days.
We will invite you to group practices to deepen connection and trust between community members.

Condições: Living conditions are simple with the focus on a low ecological footprint. We live in a 4 bed glamping tents. Ecological dry outdoor toilets with outdoor showers are shared with other residents. We prepare and eat together delicious vegan and vegetarian meals. We are rooted on the outskirts of the village, far away from the city, between wide meadows and beautiful forests.
