Resumo: The project focuses on social inclusion, sustainability, and community engagement through various activities.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for volunteers with at least a basic knowledge of Italian to help them integrate into the rural context. Their language skills will be further supported through dedicated language courses. Candidates should also have an interest in or passion for gardening, as they will actively contribute to the educational garden. Flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to engage with the local community are essential. This experience offers personal growth, cultural exchange, and the opportunity to support social and environmental initiatives.

Tarefas: Volunteers will support educational programs for children and youth, help manage a community garden, and assist in organizing intercultural and environmental workshops. They will also be involved in local events and initiatives promoting fair trade and responsible consumption. The volunteers’ role is to actively participate in community-building efforts, contribute their creativity, and develop skills in education, event organization, and sustainability. They will be fully integrated into the organization, benefiting from mentorship and training opportunities. This experience will allow them to engage with the local community while promoting solidarity and active citizenship in a rural setting.

Condições: The project provides volunteers with comfortable accommodation in a fully renovated apartment (2024), featuring spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a relaxation area with Wi-Fi.
Volunteers will be responsible for managing their own meals and will receive a monthly allowance to cover food expenses. Upon arrival, they will be introduced to nearby supermarkets and given tips on finding the freshest products. For local transportation, bicycles are available, and the nearby train station offers a direct connection to the city in just 30 minutes.
