Resumo: The Auslandsgesellschaft NRW e.V. (= Foreign Society North Rhine-Westphalia) is a bigger voluntary educational body operating in the field of international cultural exchange in NRW. It was founded over sixty years ago by committed citizens emerging from the trauma of the Second World War and borne by a desire for international understanding.The AG NRW places a special focus on European integration. As a recognised "European Academy", we hold numerous seminars and events dealing with Europe's development, run study trips to Brussels and Strasbourg and organise joint events with European partners and organises youth exchange and EVS since 2003. The basis for the Auslandsgesellschaft are the honorary country circles, therefore the idea of sending EVS volunteers is quite close. With EVS we wish to show young people the chances of Europe, to convey the personal and political chances of the european integration and to support the idea of honorary work in Europe.Since the AG NRW takes on so many other responsibilities, the EVS as such is not defined as a core task. However, it is operated by several co-workers with great commitment.

Perfil: Our expectation: age over 20. The person shpuld be really interested in intercultural exchange. Useful are german language skills so that the volunteer can start immediatly, but not necessary. Maybe experience in projects, exchange or else, because of the different working parts. Open, friendly, teamworker. We have an excellent atmosphere with good personal tutoring and an own language institute.

Tarefas: Organisation of cultural study trips all over the world in a team and youth exchange. Please remind that a lot of this work means office work to prepare the travels and youth exchanges. Participation in study trips to Brussels, France, Polen a.o. goals and an own youth exchange is possible.

Horário: The number of working hours per week is 30 to 35.
First week: Monday to Friday, 8.30 to 15.30h with an hour's break.
Second week: Monday to Friday, 13.00 to 20.00h with an hour's break.
Some weekend events to be the subject of agreement - with time off during the week in lieu.
Thirty days vacation a year

Formação: A langauage course in the institute for languages in the auslandsgesellschaft is included.
