Resumo: The hosting organization was established to strengthen the culture of solidarity, the common good and the participation of responding to community needs through the development of volunteering in all its forms and active citizenship. The Association promotes, supports and qualifies volunteers in Third Sector organisations - in particular in Volunteer Organisations - with services, projects and actions that contribute to social change in the general interest of citizens and communities in the territory. In particular, it supports volunteers in undertaking and publicising their initiatives, in acquiring organisational and management skills, in involving new actors and finding resources to positively affect the social phenomena of the context of reference.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for motivated and proactive young volunteers who are passionate about social engagement, inclusion, and community development. Ideal candidates should be open-minded, eager to learn, and willing to collaborate in a multicultural environment. An interest in volunteering, event organization, digital communication, or youth empowerment is a plus. No specific experience is required, but flexibility, teamwork, and enthusiasm are essential. Good English skills and a basic knowledge of Italian is highly valued. Above all, a strong desire to make a positive impact is key

Tarefas: This project is a unique opportunity for young European volunteers to experience personal growth and social engagement. Volunteers will be involved in volunteer promotion activities, creating content for social media and participating in the organization of local events. They will work with schools and associations to raise young people's awareness of active citizenship, organize workshops on human rights, sustainability and inclusion, and support the implementation of intercultural events to foster dialogue between different communities. Through direct involvement, volunteers will become ambassadors for change, helping to create a more equitable, participatory and sustainable society!

Condições: Volunteers will stay in a comfortable apartment featuring spacious double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a welcoming living area. They will receive a monthly food allowance and meal vouchers for lunches at partner restaurants. Transportation to the headquarters, located near the city center and just 10 minutes away by public transport, is covered by a public transport pass, with frequent train and bus connections. The accommodation is safe and well-equipped, with ongoing support for a smooth and enjoyable stay.
