Resumo: (VOLUNTEERING TEAMS)

This is a program dedicated to volunteers who want to contribute to community development through educational, social, and ecological activities. Each internship lasts up to 59 days (between 14 and 59 days) and includes interactive activities, mentorship, and non-formal learning experiences.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
• Seriousness: Commitment to volunteer activities and respecting assigned responsibilities.
• Involvement: Active participation in all project stages and contributing to the achievement of its objectives.
• Presence: Adherence to the established schedule and consistent participation in planned activities.
• Promoting activities on social media: Using social media platforms to spread information about the activities carried out, increasing the visibility of the project, and engaging other young people.

Tarefas: Goal: Informal education through interactive activities and personal development.
Week 1
• Presentation of objectives and team distribution
• Team building and volunteering training
• Creation of the educational program

Week 2-7: Implementation of Activities
• Leadership, public speaking, and teamwork workshops
• Thematic workshops: Educational Escape Room, Treasure Hunt, painting, robotics, astronomy
• Recreational and sports activities (cross-country, basketball, football)

Week 8: Evaluation & Reflection
• Feedback and self-assessment
• Sharing experiences and future plans
• Closing ceremony and Youthpass diploma distribution

Condições: Pocket money: 120 EUR/month
Food allowance: 150 EUR/month

Youthpass certificate upon completion of each internship
