Resumo: (volunteering teams project)
The hosting organization is located in the peaceful countryside of Hungary. The old holiday complex from the 1960s and surrounding fields and forests were abandoned for 10 years. Today, this beautiful landscape provides home to a permacultural community, hosts a Festival, and travellers from all over the world to provide alternative education and experiences to those who seek it.

The idea for the project came to us as a shared interested came up in conversation about mushrooms, and their ecosystem. With our two fascilitators being a biologist and an artist, we´ll be joimimg these two worlds in every aspect.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: During the project the volunteering activities can be divided into 3 parts: Festival Decoration, Garden upkeep & Construction, TreeNet Making

Festival Decoration
The main goal of our project will be the consttuction of living art isntallations to populate our next Festival. Under the guidance of our workshop leader you will learn how to work with multiple materials such as wire, fabric and many more.

Garden upkeep & Construction
On our beautiful land, filled with forests and fields there is always place fro a green thumb. General gardening and plenty of other upkeep and construction activities will be part of our daily lives. You will have the hands on opportunity to learn about permaculture, sustainability and the world of Fungi.

TreeNet Making
As side project, you will also get the opportunity to learn how to make a treenet is a safe and fun way.
