Resumo: The Association is a vibrant and dynamic organization, committed to the creation of a cultural, social and environmental integration, especially focused on youth. We are guided by a strong commitment to the promotion of non-formal and informal education.
Since our inception in 2006, we have focused our efforts in the regional minicipapality. A region rich in heritage and culture, with peculiar important challenges. In this context, we have developed projects that not only encourage youth participation but also the reduction of the digital divide, life promote the creation and dissemination of cultural activities that enrich our community.

Through our work, we have shown that it is possible to move beyond traditional limitations, creating spaces where young people can learn, express themselves and contribute to the development of their environment. Our team is composed of passionate professionals, supported by a network of volunteers who share our vision of a more inclusive and culturally enriched world.

Perfil: + We are looking for candidates who fit the conditions of the CES Programme, which is open to volunteers aged 18-30 years old, resident in one of the programme countries or in partner countries. A European Health Insurance Card is required.
+ Any experience in developing activities with young people would be an asset.
+ We are looking for people who show a genuine interest in being part of the project
+ Knowledge of Office SUITE (Ms, Word, Power point...) and Canva and Spanish
+ Social and communication skills
+ Active listening skills and help orientation
+ Among the candidates who meet this profile, we will prioritise those who possess the necessary skills to enhance the success of the project, such as:
- Other skills useful for volunteering activities, such as handicrafts, design, music, sports, among others.
- experience in youth work, new technologies and European youth programmes

Tarefas: The propose project takes place in this rural environment, where history, culture and nature are intertwined to create a unique space for learning and coexistence. The town known for its architectural heritage and vibrant community life, offers an ideal setting for the development of cultural, educational and social initiatives.

The volunteer will have the opportunity to work with a diversity of groups, including seniors, children, youth and immigrants, making a significant contribution to our community.

Responsibilities will include:
+ Supporting the coordination of the Youth Centre, organising and facilitating activities aimed at young people, providing valuable information to citizens, and offering creative suggestions to improve communication and interaction within the centre.
+ Collaborate in the organisation of major Youth Centre events, providing ideas and assistance at all stages, from planning to implementation of events
+ Prepare evaluation materials for participants, ensuring that all activities are valuable and effective.
+ Coordinate and support volunteer activities for different groups (youth, seniors, children), ranging from sporting events to cultural initiatives, either on a daily basis or at regular intervals of 2-3 days.
+ Promote the activities of the Youth Centre through the creation of newsletters, blogs, brochures and other publicity materials.
+ Actively participate in local cultural activities, including the Arts Festival and other performing arts festivals in the region, collaborating in the organisation and promotion of these key events for the community.
+ Coworking Centre, entrepreneurship centre.

In addition, the volunteer will work closely with the Museum in its exhibition project and in the organisation of
its programme of cultural activities. Tasks will include:
+ Support in the organisation of information days and seminars, helping to ensure the success of these events.
+ Contributing to the design of dissemination materials highlighting the figure and the Museum's activities.
+ Participation in the activities of the PATRIM NETWORK as a guest, contributing a fresh and committed perspective.
+ Management and updating of the Museum's social networks, with a special focus on content aimed at a young audience.

These activities will be carried out by both volunteers, integrating their efforts within the overall project. To ensure good coordination and a well-structured monthly calendar, a person in charge of the Centre will join the coordination team between the City Council and the Association.

The volunteer will also participate in:
+ Promotion of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) and Erasmus, contributing to the dissemination of these opportunities among young peoplein school s and institutes
+ Dissemination of Youth Information in high schools and information points in the region of La Hoya de Huesca.
+ Writing articles for the blog, sharing their experiences, the stories of other volunteers and the association's projects.
+ Learn the Spanish language and culture, which will enrich their personal and professional experience.
+ Propose and realise their own ideas, encouraging their initiatives to form part of the project.
