Resumo: The leader organization was established in 2008 with the idea of ​​promoting the development of society through education and culture. The mission of the Foundation is to support the sustainable development of a conscious society through all forms of active citizenship. Since its inception, the Institute of Creative Activities has initiated and implemented a number of projects, in cooperation with local authorities, with the Polish education system or based on international cooperation.

The main area of ​​our activities is running the 3 Floors Educational Center, which is a space that brings together people
creative, social activists. At the center, we regularly run:
- creative workshops for various age and professional groups
- series of workshops promoting culture and reading
- circus techniques workshops
- historical workshops
- educational and language workshops for seniors (including those conducted by international volunteers)
- art workshops for seniors, especially with an intergenerational dimension
- training for non-governmental organizations
- projects to counteract exclusion, e.g. Diverse family - a real family

Perfil: you are 18 to 30 years old
available for long term project (10- 11 months)
interested in educational work with various groups or to be in promotion team
you can communicate at least at a medium level of English (B1)
you’re open-minded and willing to live and work in a very diverse environment
you can handle challenges and changes
