Resumo: The Association, was established to support local and international activitism, mainly through voluntary service. Initial activities are international youth exchanges, then European Voluntary Service. From 2015, we are a strong organization, recognized locally, regionally and internationally. Our actions are appreciated. In addition to volunteering, we are specialists in the field of international and intercultural cooperation.

Since 2015, we have been permanently cooperating with the schools/kindergartens, coordinating the work of volunteers there. Thanks to their work, children, youth and adults have the opportunity to learn about other cultures/religions, break stereotypes towards other nationalities - and this is especially important in a small town that has been hermetic and homogeneous for many years. The town are slowly becoming open and tolerant, making our City safer, the worldview is slowly changing, open to diversity and the necessary discussion. Such measures are especially needed nowadays due to the large number of labor immigrants residing in our industrial city.

Thanks to our work and the work of our volunteers, we organize various activities for children and youth, ie Culture Week, intercultural meetings, intercultural workshops.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Requirements:

-Willingness to work in the afternoon and some weekends

-Advanced level of English and willing to learn some Polish

Tarefas: -Supervise the youth club meetings, which take place on weekdays' evenings, and plan engaging activities to attract more youngsters to the space.
-Facilitate meetings for teenagers focusing on active citizenship and leadership, establish a YouthLab for youth discussions and idea incubation, and execute micro-projects to promote community engagement.
-Create Social media content from the workshops and events.
-Organize recreational activities and workshops for children, teenagers, and young adults, addressing various topics such as democracy, intercultural education, human rights, equality, art, and individual interests.
-Collaborate in the planning, programming, and execution of winter and summer holiday events.
-Own ideas

Condições: You will receive health insurance, monthly pocket money for food, and other expenses (180€+700PLN). Travel costs will be reimbursed depending on the travel distance (between 90-360€, based on the UE calculator). Accommodation in a double room, in a three or four-bedroom flat. Student standard, covered bills.
