Resumo: Foundation is a non-profit organization that began its activity in 1995 and was established as a social entity in 1997. Since then, the foundation has focused on working with groups that they experience uprooting, social disadvantage, mistreatment or exclusion. Especially:
- Mothers with children in an emergency situation
- Young people in social exclusion
- homeless immigrants
- People with disabilities
- vulnerable adults

In general, the Foundation deal with any homeless/vulnerable sort person who needs and wants a family.
Our mission is to provide residents with training and education tools in values that allow them adequate social integration and improve their chances in the labor market.
Our ordinary activities in the community involve administrative work, school support, nursery, workshops, cooking, baking, general maintenance, cleaning, gardening, language classes, computer classes and the organization of dissemination and leisure activities, among others.
The staff consists of six permanent members and volunteers collaborate with us in our regular activities. Volunteers can also carry out their own personal projects according to the needs and objectives of the foundation.

The Foundation is sustained through self-management and thanks to the daily and voluntary activity of the residents of the community and its volunteers. In here people of different ages, countries, cultures, religions coexist. A great HOUSE based on SOLIDARITY is then created as a tool for coexistence, responsibility, the execution of tasks and communication. It is about being a FAMILY for these people, where beyond covering the needs of their materials, they are given affection, emotional support and a reference for the rest of their lives.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for persons with knowledge of spanish and availability for 12 months, social with the interest to live in a community

Tarefas: - Supporting community members in various workshops
- Assisting in the design and implementation of education programs focusing on values, nature, and sports
- Creating and implementing creative and educational activities for community members such as painting workshops, crafts, and recycling initiatives
- Accompaning residents in participation in occupational workshops
- Coordinating occupational workshops
- Assessing the partiicpation of residents in different projects
- Providing emotional support to residents
- Developing psycho-educational projects
- participating in coomunity meetings
- promoting participation in coomunity spaces
- fostering social intehration
- attending volunteer meetings
- participating in training sessions
- participating in community meals

Horário: 35h/week
