Resumo: The Association it’s a nonprofit apolitical organization which was founded by a group of teachers, Roma activists and Roma students from Caras-Severin county, in the south-west of Romania in 2008.

Mission
Our aim is to reduce economical, social and educational disparities in society and mainly to raise the involvement of Roma people, especially youngsters, to the society and combat inequality and discrimination through education and human rights.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- flexible, pen-minded, tolerantt, communicative
- with experience as local volunteer
- willing to work in teams or individually
- creative and initiative
- interested in gaining experience in pedagogy, special education, non-formal education and working with young people
- ready to fight against exclusion, prejudices and stereotypes
- b1 level of english

Tarefas: - Daily non-formal educational activities for children and youth from orphanages, primary schools, kindergartens, and special centers.
- Cultural and volunteering initiatives aimed at prmoting tolerance, inclusion, volunteerism and solidarity
- During the summer, collaborate with short-term volunteers on local community activites
- The activities are designed to develop the children´s skills, competences, creativity as well as to increase involvment, participation, tolerance and acceptance

Condições: pocket money - 4€/day
food allowance - 5€/day

Accommodation - we provide accommodation in shares apartments. Volunteers will live with other volunteers, with each bedroom shared by two people. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared by all apartment members.
