Resumo: The leader organziation is a non-profit association founded in 2001.
We specialize in managing, organizing, producing, and promoting social, cultural, training, and European mobility projects, with over 12 years of experience in European Solidarity Corps initiatives.
Mission
Provide services through activities, initiatives, projects and programs in the field of childhood and youth, social services, human rights, education in values, environmental education, socioeconomic integration, socio-sanitary intervention, performing arts, interculturality, citizen participation, training and exchanges national and international, and cultural heritage.
We are consolidated as an entity that provides services to Youth, an entity of Volunteering, and a collaborating entity.
Currently, the organziation manages, organizes, produces and promotes countless activities of all kinds: artistic and socio-cultural shows, circus, performing arts and street festivals, leisure and free time workshops, activities and projects with schoolchildren, education camps. environmental, seminars, training sessions and coexistence, and social programs and projects aimed at families, children, and youth at risk of social exclusion. With our projects you collaborate with a non-profit organization, which promotes employment, entrepreneurship, equality, human rights, education in values and provides services in the field of youth, culture, leisure and free time and social services to help to improve the quality of life of people in general.
Perfil: - Age: 18-30
- Have strong motivation towards the project and be ready to commit to all activities
- Have initiative and creativity
- Be able to work both independently and in a team
- You like working with people (kids, elderly people, people with disabilities etc.)
- We’d really appreciate if you knew a bit of Spanish
Tarefas: - Helping with after school activities (children,youngsters from rural areas)
- Public food banks
- Organizing activities for elderly people and people with disabilites
- Organization festivals, local events, shows, theatre plays etc.
- Promotion of ESC and Erasmus+ (online and in person)
- Creation od posters and informative brochures
- Active participation in the island life
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO RECEIVE IN EXCHANGE?

Condições: - You will have a private room in a shared flat
- Every month you will receive 380€, which includes pocket + food +island public transportation card
- Every week you will work 5 days + 2 days off (depending on theweek they could be midweek or the weekend) for a total amount ofabout 30-36 hours per week.
- Each month you will collect 2,5 days of holiday that you can get tospend whenever you wish, after consulting with your coordinator, in total 27 days (counting Saturdays and Sundays)
- Travel costs (to/from) Spain will be refunded to the maximum amount according to official Erasmus distance calculator
