Resumo: The Kindergarten is built on the values of honesty, care, collaboration, and kindness. We believe in being honest in both thoughts and actions, with our goals being transparent and easy to understand. In a supportive environment, we care deeply for ourselves, others, and the world around us, valuing health and development. Working together with both children and adults is key to success, and through collaboration, we create a positive internal atmosphere. We also respect, understand, and acknowledge the needs of individuals with different abilities, various generations, and the diverse cultures and traditions of people from around the world.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Our volunteer guides children in exploring the natural world through nature-based activities and physical play. Whether organizing nature walks, garden explorations, or sports, the mentor fosters a sense of curiosity and teamwork among the children. By introducing them to the environment, they teach children about nature and environmental responsibility in a hands-on way. With a high level of energy and enthusiasm, they ensure that (outdoor) play is engaging, while maintaining a strong awareness of safety, ensuring children’s well-being during every adventure. Their curiosity about the world inspires children to explore and discover for themselves.
