Resumo: The hosting organization is a community in South Estonia, where adults with intellectual disability live. In the organization all residents are like a big family, and they are living together with village workers, who support them in their everyday life activities. The organization residents live a meaningful every day and work life here. They
can participate in clay, wood, carpet, art or gardening workshops. They have opportunity to participate in rehabilitation, different group and leisure activities, different events, hikes.

Since 2004, the organization has welcomed over 100 dedicated volunteers from 15+ countries, creating a positive impact and sharing their culture with the locals.

We welcome all volunteers, regardless of their background, to enrich the Village and empower young individuals. No prior experience is necessary; what matters most is an interest in our way of life.

We want you to improve your skills and competences to ensure better possibilities in the labor market and
enhancing your personal skills to become a more tolerant and exemplary citizen of the world.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - Creating activities and workshops - Arts and crafts, music and dance, sports and games
- Assisting the staff and caregivers - Preparing materials, equipment, and resources for activities
- Spending time with inhabitants - Play board games, sports, talk and share your language and culture

Condições: Accommodation - the organization offers volunteer accommodations with a single room and shared amenities, including a kitchen, WC, and shower/bathroom.

Allowance - Each month a volunteer receives a total of 345€ of pocket and food money.

Transport - Travel costs to and from Estonia are covered based on the Erasmus+ distance calculator. VISA expenses are also reimbursed, and a local transportation card is provided if needed. Possibility to learn new skills e.g. clay work, handicrafts.

Extra perks - Common trips around Estonia with the staff. Meals are prepared, but you can still cook if you’d like. Sauna twice a week. Beautiful nature around the, village (take boat rides, hike, swim, ski).
