The rhythm of the seasons beats our actions. At start autumn, like every year, Ile au Vent farm is entering its agroforestry development phase.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: During this cworkcamp, you will learn how to create a garden forest as well as how to plant trees and propagate plants by division and cuttings. You will discover the major role of trees in our ecosystems and the symbioses that link them with other organisms.

Depending on the weather conditions, we´ll be continuing to plany the garden forest and fodder hedges, or develoing the Cab´Anes with the installation of a space for the hens. We´ll also be able to carry out the first composting trials. you´ll also be helping to plant trees for a local farmer to encourage mutual aid and solidarity.

Condições: You will be staying in a bright and pleasant house in Ploeven. Youwill sleep in rooms for 4 or 5 people. Kitchen, toilets, sinks andshowers on site. Remember to bring your sleeping bags andsingle sheets. Pillows will be provided. Food is provided and included in the holiday budget. We will take it in turns to prepare meals.We will give preference to local and/or organic produce. We will limit our meat consumption totwice a week. We'll be happy to share our recipes and our creative culinary talents.
