Resumo: (Volunteer in a circus with children and artists)
The hosting organization develops circus pedagogical offers in a park in the city centre, consisting on parcours spaces, dirtbiketrails and a beach volley court, a fireplace, patches, a clay oven, a play yard. Children and youngsters with or without special needs as well as educated athletes, musicians and artists are coming over to attend festivals and conventions, and the ideas of the children and youth are an essential part of the planning.
Big and small circus tents and small frame houses are part of the circus area.
Perfil: Age: 18-30
• Interest in circus and pedagogical work
• appreciated experiences in circus disciplines or circus pedagogics or any other pedagogical art (no specific certificates or degrees required!)
• Interest and some experiences in working with children and youngsters
• Good knowledge of English and basic skills of German
• We only consider applications answering the requirements.
Tarefas: As a volunteer you can get to know all the different projects, support the organization and the preparation of pedagogical activities, take part in the realization of the events and develop your own ideas and skills.
Condições: You will stay in a flat on the 5th floor in the city centre together with two more European volunteers. Your room was recently renovated. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a basement and a common yard. You will have your own room and will need to share the other spaces with the other two volunteers. You will be provided with a card to use public transports all around Germany, so you can also visit the surroundings in your free time.
