Resumo: The Social Cooperative manages many interventions in favour of children and youngsters in various fields: information, education, social inclusion and active participation. It manages Youth Information Centres that work in the field of youth information and youngsters involvement in active citizenship.
It deals in particular with counselling on education, training and job, mobility abroad and youth participation in the activities.
Since 2001 the Youth Information Office has been part of the Eurodesk network.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The volunteers will be supporting the staff of the organization, a service of the Municipality that works to prevent social hardship, school leaving and youth unemployment by giving information and increasing awareness about opportunities at the local and international level, but also about personal skills and potentialities, empowering young people to face the challenges they will run into and improving their individual and informal groups skills through participatory activities.

The activities are
- Spreading information to young people about the opportunities offered by ESC and Erasmus+ Program, i.e. in high schools
- Events organisation
- Promotion and communication of the different activities run by the organization
- Support the staff in their daily work
- Rooms arrangement
- If possible, involvement in European projects (i.e.youth exchanges, training courses) organised/hosted by the organization
- Conversation groups in many languages (i.e.French, German, Spanish, Chinese, English)
