Resumo: Our organisation was founded in 2011. Over time, we have grown into an organization that provides activities and services for young people from all over Slovakia. We build our work with young people on Christian Catholic values that are the core principle of our service for them.
Our main objective is to contribute to the personal growth of young people, so that they grow into young people who will combine character, positive values and engagement for the benefit of others in our region and also in whole Slovakia. Through various activities (workshops, experiential programs, non-formal education programs, inspirational activities, volunteering), we help young people build a positive relationship with themselves and others to find their place in the world, discover their personal mission and begin to live it.

Voluntary activities: connecting volunteers with organizations, implementation of long-term and short-term volunteer opportunities, volunteer tastings. Personal development of volunteers, linking volunteering and the labor market.
Educational seminars, workshops and conferences for youth workers and teachers: in topics of innovative approaches in youth work in formal and non-formal education, mentoring support.
Cooperation with local governments and local authorities in setting strategies in the field of youth work and in the field of volunteering.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: • Organizing or being part of different events for children, and young people organized by our social section or other departments of our organisation.
• Helping in school clubs, organizing leisure time activities or preparing activities for students and pupils connected to his own culture and language.
• Helping with organizing activities promoting international volunteering.
• Promotion of volunteering and European Solidarity Corps at schools or at events for our target groups.
• Helping with organizing international projects and supporting international cooperation.
• Preparing own activities for target groups.
• Helping with taking care about Orava youth centre facilities – cleaning, tiding up, helping with wood, looking after garden or other manual work according to the need.
• Helping in the communication section, taking part in media activities and preparing campaigns, taking pictures and recording videos, writings articles and blogs.
• Regular meetings with coordinator and mentor according to weekly plan.
• Participating in regular meeting of all organisation members.
• Preparing own miniproject according to her own interest.
• Participating in educational workshops according to plan.
