Resumo: The hsoting organization is a youth center taht has been hosting Euroepan volunteers since 2013. It´s an accommodation domain ideal for anyone with a yputhful spirit, fr multiday group activities, youth camps, nature classes or weekend breaks. The domain has nature to play and hike in, campfire places, a theatre, a sports hall, meeting rooms and so much more to offer.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- independent and taking initiative;
- creative and flexible;
- responsible and willing to learn
- fond of being outdoors and working with youth groups

You like to work in a team and like to work with childen/ young people. You are not shy to talk to people and speak in front of a group. you will spenda lot of time outside and your interest in nature is very important.

Tarefas: - learn about youth work in Belgium and gain work experience in a non-formal learning context
- strengthen your teamworking and communicative skills
- boost your self-confidence and gain new capacities
- expand your international network
- live in an intercultural environment
- learn to speak dutch
- work on a personal project

we edcate each volunteer in all the difference tasks to get a broad working experience.
However, we are looking for some different profiles, with specific interests in some tasks on our domain. We want to bring together a mixed tam with whom we can differentiate in talents and competences in our project.

Guiding workshops & activities
you will mostly hel out in the educational service, guiding activities and making preparations for them. We have a diverse offer of workshops going from teambuilding, survival, cooking with forest plants to working in the forest. We offer you an extensive training in our high ropes course (klimbos), which you will guide together with colleagues or other volunteers. we enourage you to learn dutch to use while guiding activities.

Condições: - You will live on the domain in one of the 2 compact houses with all basic facilities, near the reception. Each house has separate bedrooms; the bathroo, kitchen and living room are shared.
- you´ll have a bike.
- meals are availbale at the restaurant and a budget is provided for groceries.
- you will receive pocket money.
- your travel costs to Belgium and going home are covered
