Resumo: The Cultural Association is a non-profit organization founded in a small town in Spain. Our purpose is to work for artistic education, cultural promotion, as well as the coordination and organization of cultural projects in rural areas.

Our main objectives are to promote artistic and cultural education, develop collaborative cultural projects, promote cooperation and professional learning, and strengthen cultural presence in rural areas. We want to offer artistic opportunities to our neighbors, fostering dialogue and promoting peace, non-violence, and human rights as fundamental pillars to achieve a world of equality and solidarity.

To achieve our goals, we carry out various activities and projects. In the field of non-formal education, we offer workshops and activities related to culture at the local, regional, and international levels, promoting the knowledge of artistic techniques and the social function of art. We are also a center for the development and creation of cultural projects, where we establish cooperation projects and carry out activities in our space.

Our organization strives to reach a wide range of profiles and age groups, from 4-year-old children to 90-year-old individuals. Additionally, we focus on addressing accessibility obstacles, such as physical or economic limitations, to ensure that culture is available to everyone

Perfil: We are looking for young people from the European Union and third countries members of the ESC program with the following characteristics:
- Age between 18 and 30 years old.
- Interest in the project themes.
- Good communication skills, responsibility, proactivity, and interest in the European Solidarity Corps program, recognizing the value of being part of a project like this.
- Priority will be given to young people with fewer opportunities.
- Possess a strong motivation for the activity to be carried out and be sure of the role of cultural exchanges.
- Any art-related skills will be a plus.
- Be willing to participate in all the activities that are proposed.

Tarefas: Volunteers will participate in all aspects of managing the activities of an association, including planning and administrative work, project development and management, research, development and creation of shows and works, event and festival organization, promotion, technical assistance, teaching, and performances. Our goal is to create an environment where volunteers have the freedom to develop and implement their ideas, which helps teach responsibility and management skills. They are guided through the process by a manager or mentor who gives them the freedom to carry out their ideas while holding them accountable for their work. In our experience, this helps shape more responsible, independent, and satisfied cultural managers.

Condições: Accommodation will be provided in a shared apartment, where volunteers will have their own individual room, while the bathroom and kitchen will be common areas.
Throughout the mission, volunteers will receive money for personal expenses and food according to the mission overview. The hosting organization will ensure that volunteers have access to the public transport network in the area.
