Resumo: The hosting organization stands for intercultural dialogue, non-formal education, support to families and social cohesion.

The association works in community centers, youth centers, schools and summer camps, carrying on different projects on interculture, prejudices, antiracism, recycling, environment and urban cohesion in the peripheries of the town.
All of our actions focus on personal and educational development through diversified activities focused on empowerment.

Our Mission:
With this project, our goal is to foster a vibrant and intercultural environment right here in Pavia. It's our vision to unite people from various corners of Europe, creating a tapestry of cultures that shares common values of tolerance and peace.

Project Aim:
We're here to create an inclusive and intercultural community in Pavia. By uniting young people from different European countries, our aim is to foster tolerance and peace within our local community. Our aim is also to work against educational poverty in our local community and implement projects related to sustainability and reuse

Perfil: Age: 18-30

+ Teamwork skills/supporting during NFE activities;
+ Learn how to create and lead a NFE activity;
+ Communicative skills with youth workers, teenagers and children;
+ Handling and solving problems: whether personal or between your team;
+ Office work;
+ Digital skills: graphics and social media;
+ Learn how youngsters can support in local
+ community based activities;
+ Experience the life of this multicultural city.

Tarefas: The activities will be equally divided into learning and volunteering; they will follow a learning by doing approach in the frame f non-formal education.

+ Welcoming users of the reuse space;
+ Organizing the space everytime it is needed;
+ Organizing workshops about the environment for kids (3-10 years);
+ Back office activities and help with European organization for various projects and activities;
+ Helping youngsters with homework and studying.

Horário: Volunteer Schedule:
Activities take place mainly from Monday to Friday.
You'll be contributing your time and skills for around 30 to 35 hours per week.

Time Off:
Weekends are generally free.
Bank holidays, such as Christmas, are also designated as free days to enjoy as you like.

Additional Time Off:
Every month, you'll have the chance to enjoy 2 extra days off, which adds up to a total of 10days in 5 months.

Condições: + Accommodation in a shared flat with single room;
+ Pocket money 150 euros per month;
+ Food 180 euros per month;
+ the organization will provide for the local transportation;
+ Travel expenses according to the calculated distance;
+ Italian language classes with local volunteers;
+ Training about the tasks and soft skills;
+ Local mentor;
+ Support for the integration and inclusion.
