Resumo: Association has been founded in 2001. Currently, we have several offices in Spain, with the plans of going international (Italy and Serbia). Association is made up of a multidisciplinary team of almost 50 workers that has Directors from different areas, Community Educators, Social Workers, Psychologists, Administrators, Architects, Computer Scientists, Graduates in Labor Relations, Economists, Lawyers, Technicians in project management with the main objective of generating projects that contribute to improving the quality of life of people in general.

The Board of Directors in charge of establishing the lines of action and the bureaucratic work of the entity is made up of 9 people, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 5 members, who altruistically and voluntarily take charge of this complicated work, dedicating their free time and a lot of sacrifice for the entity to consolidate and all thanks to the firm commitment that unites them to the entity.

We are committed to the society in which we live and to transform it, we dedicate all our time, knowledge and experience to materialize that change and provide the necessary resources to all those who want to actively contribute to society. All the benefits that we obtain from the services provided are re-invested in new projects and in consolidating the workforce, generating stable employment and the continuity of our programs and projects.

Perfil: + Age 18-30 yo.
+ Have strong motivation towards the project and be ready to commit to all activities (office work, kids, events etc.)
+ Have initiative and creativity
+ Be able to work both independently and in a team
+ You like working with kids and youngsters
+ You have experience with social media, design and communication
+ We’d really appreciate if you knew a bit of Spanish

Tarefas: Office work
+ Assist our Logistics and Production Department in the management of social media, content creation, video editing, organization of events etc.
+ Check and answer emails
+ Prepare digital material
+ Promote ESC and Erasmus+ (both online andthrough talks in schools, Youth centres etc.)

Social Work
+ Help with kids and youngsters in the different spaces and projects
+ Participate in social projects and activities involving people of all ages (from kids to elderly people), in collaboration with local entities
+ infinite possibilities for your personal project

Condições: + You will have a private room in a shared flat in the city
+ Every month you will receive 410€, which includes pocket + food + transportation money.
+ Every week you will work 5 days + 2 days off (depending on the week they could be midweek or the weekend) for a total amount of about 30 hours per week.
+ Each month you will collect 2,5 days of holiday that you can get to spend whenever you wish, after consulting with your coordinator, in total 27 days ( counting Saturdays and Sundays)
+ Travel costs (to/from) Spain will be refunded to the maximum amount according to official Erasmus distance calculator.
