Resumo: The Association was established in 2019 to support, inspire and conduct educational activities. The idea of establishing the Association was born among 10 people who were active in the social field and had experience in project management, who have already conducted many workshops and training related to cooperation with children, youth and the elderly. Many of us have experience in both short- and long-term exchanges and trainings abroad (as participants, team leaders, coordinators or trainers/facilitators).
Our team consists of people with extensive experience who already work in the third sector and the business sector. We are a group of young and creative people, which is why we approach our projects with creative courage and we intend to infect our society with this attitude.

Target groups:
- young people (including young people with fewer opportunities), adults and older people
- volunteers involved in the activities of our organisation
- people interested in community development

E-volunteering program:
From 06.2020 we have been running our e-volunteering program covering various age groups. Our organisation has 105 active members who develop their skills in areas such as translation, graphics and visualization, blogging, social project management, social research, creating social initiatives, administration, acquiring partners and stakeholders, as well as PR and marketing. The program aims to develop key competencies and interpersonal skills of volunteers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Open-minded people who enjoy working in a team and are not afraid of new challenges. People cooperating with us will be able to develop their soft skills as well as abilities associated with using programs needed for working in the field of their choice. People interested in working on projects: well-organized and communicative, willing to learn and put their ideas into practice. People involved in marketing activities: creative, well-acquainted with social media trends, willing to create audiovisual content, willing to organize and conduct events. People interested in gaining experience with informal education, teaching languages, coordination of the events.

Tarefas: By joining the program, you will work with us on international projects, local activities as well as on promotion and marketing activities conducted on-site and online (social media, website and blog). You can also apply your own initiatives!
Our organization constantly improve the team’s knowledge, so that they can implement modern and innovative projects - exchanges, workshops, trainings on both local and international level.
We want to improve the quality of life of the local community, build a new model of informal education, and thus develop the socio-professional competences of children and youth, contributing to the creation of an innovative society of the future.

Condições: Working in both areas in a hybrid form.
Provided – accommodation (a separate room for each volunteer with its own bathroom in dormitory in the city center), shared kitchen, food and pocket money, reimbursement of travel and transportation costs during volunteering (city card or tickets) – all costs according to the program arrangements
