Resumo: The hosting organization founded in 2008 in Asti, is aimed at young people who want to volunteer in the social and environmental sustainability fields. The method is that of learning by doing, with guided life experiences.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The organization truly believes in the power of volunteering projects, as a meaningful help to implement and expand the residential services offered, to the benefit of the guests, the host organisation, the local community, the social services and the volunteer himself. The organization is looking forward to welcome 2 young people motivated and curios to experiment a real, sober and simple community life, who love children and multiculturalism, with open minded to embrace different ways of living and that can bring fresh perspectives to the activities.

Tarefas: The volunteers will be involved in different activities, always carried out with guests and under the supervision of an operator:
DAILY CARE: Prepare meals, clean, maintain the house, process agricultural products, organize clothing, accompany guests, support our other communities on special occasions. Organize walks, outings, workshops, parties, holiday groups, assist with homework, language mediation.
AUTONOMY: Plan and conduct an activity in the project's second half. Document the project with photos, present ESC at local high schools.

Condições: Food, accomodation, health insurance and pocket money are provided by European Solidarity Corps Program. The volunteers will stay in a private apartment adjacent to the community. The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen (food is provided weekly by the Association through collective food shopping), a living room and bathroom, and they will have a double room. You will have bikes and bus tickets when needed. On duty the volunteers will have a common lunch with the operators and guests.
