Resumo: Our organisation was founded in 2011. Over time, we have grown into an organization that provides activities and services for young people from all over Slovakia. We build our work with young people on Christian Catholic values that are the core principle of our service for them.
Our main objective is to contribute to the personal growth of young people, so that they grow into young people who will combine character, positive values and engagement for the benefit of others in our region and also in whole Slovakia. Through various activities (workshops, experiential programs, non-formal education programs, inspirational activities, volunteering), we help young people build a positive relationship with themselves and others to find their place in the world, discover their personal mission and begin to live it.

Voluntary activities: connecting volunteers with organizations, implementation of long-term and short-term volunteer opportunities, volunteer tastings. Personal development of volunteers, linking volunteering and the labor market.
Educational seminars, workshops and conferences for youth workers and teachers: in topics of innovative approaches in youth work in formal and non-formal education, mentoring support.
Cooperation with local governments and local authorities in setting strategies in the field of youth work and in the field of volunteering.

Perfil: We are looking for volunteer aged 18 – 30 years who is open to learn new things, communicate with teenagers and who is also open to live Christian values in foreign country.

Tarefas: In our organisation you have the opportunity to work in different sectors, which means that the ministry experience is very comprehensive.

In daily life, volunteers are going to local schools and with different activities for English conversational lessons and religion lessons. In the afternoons, there are free time activities for youngsters in our centre. Also, volunteers are helping with social media content, visiting seniors in retirement house, helping with practical work in youth centre and helping in youth camps.
Of course, not everybody is doing everything, and schedule is made according to volunteer’s abilities.

Condições: Every volunteer has a provided accomodation (single or shared room), pocket & food money, mentor, coordinator.
