Resumo: The hosting organization is a non-profit organisation formedby a multidisciplinary team of educators,monitors, leisure time animators who, byusing their different professional experiences,intend to achieve a common goal: the valueof the non-formal education.

Our main areas of work are:
1. Education and Training:We offer official courses for Leisure time youth leader and coordinator and other monographic courses related to youth work. We collaborate with other public and private entities to provide courses
to unemployed people and those with fewer opportunities to access training.
We provide specific advice on issues of management and creation of nonprofit entities and European programs for young people.

2. Youth Activities and Information:
We organize different free-time education activities such as: summer camps, work camps. We also carry out youth information tasks, bringing topics of youth interest closer to their recipients and advising and training
professionals who deal with youth information networks.
We belong to the EURODESK Network.

3. European Programs
We actively participate in the Erasmus+, Youth Programs such as projetcs for youth workers, youth participation initiatives and youth exchanges and in the "European Solidarity Corps" of the European Commission.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

- has a good command of Spanish and English– will feel comfortable with any type public able to take initiatives
- is passionate about youth work and non-formal education
- flexible when presented with a multitude of varied tasks and challenging schedule, including seasons that come different work intensity taking turns
- Responsible and a team player as you will be working closely with small of youth workers other ESC volunteers
- is interested in social media and communication

- will be ready to meet and welcome new people, from different backgrounds with life experiences.
- The volunteer has to provide the hosting organization with a copy certificate of good conduct related work minors before starting activity.

Tarefas: - The main mission is to support in the organization and realization of activities: youth information activities about ESC and Erasmus+ in contexts such us: open doors, schools, youth centres, university, street stands, fairs, EU campaigns); youth exchanges and seminars; carrying out some of the animation activities; help in the organization of avtivities of our local partner organizations that work in the filed of education and leisure time; helping to manage local volunteers.

- Aditionally, the volunteer will be in charge of enhancing the visibility of the activities carried out by the organization:
+ Media coverage of the events and activities by taking pictures shooting videos from carried out by the hosting organization;
+ Support in managing social networks, podcast, website in order to enhance our organization´s visibility and digital communication.

Horário: Working hours will be mostly from Monday untilFriday, including some evenings. 5 days per weekwill be worked on average/ Days off will compensatefor the extra shift hours if necessary to keep anaverage of 30-35 hours a week. Volunteers are entitleto two days off per month of project to be taken inagreement with the hosting organisation.
