Resumo: The hosting organization is an umbrella network of local NGOs, all located in one big building where employees, volunteers, and interns with different backgrounds, skills, motivations, and life situations work together on different projects. the organization stands for Social change In Practice and, as the name implies, our work focuses on building a more equal and democratic society by working with new ideas that impact our community. The organization works with areas such as youth, mobility, integration, accessibility, employment issues, and norm criticism. We like to see the organization as an open-minded and creative workspace that helps people contribute to a better society and find solutions for social challenges, while also offering easy access to opportunities for personal development.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
- Motivated to learn Swedish

Tarefas: - Constructing, screwing, painting, cleaning, digging, cutting wood as part of different projects
- Driving different cars with a trailer (e.g. go to the trash station or to buy material)
- Leading a team consisting of people with fewer opportunities
- Supporting your team members

Horário: The working time is from 9 am until 4 pm. The volunteers will be working for 35 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The volunteer is encouraged to take courses in Swedish as not all the team members feel comfortable speaking English. The volunteer decides together with the supervisor the amount of time spent on learning it every week.
Besides 2 days off per week, volunteers are granted another 24 days off for 12 months (2 days off per month).
