Use your hands, your mind, your creativity and any other skills you might have into the enhancement of the place, creation of the nurturing community and into outreaching locals around.

CREATING A NURTURING COMMUNITY
By joining this team, you are joining a vibrant eco-community that consists of the permanent residents and long-term volunteers . Aiming to cultivate a nurturing and safe space for all, we base our approach on the values of accountability, sustainability, and synergy.

Over the years, the organization have forged a strong connection, sharing similar philosophies and thriving together in parallel directions. As a result of this close bond, Liveloula will be hosting the project this year.

The eco-community is located in a rural remote area in the hills in Greece. Liveloula was born out of two people’s dream to step out of the stressful western city life and root back into nature.

We are Chenny and Steven and we enjoy simplicity and living a life with a positive impact on our environment while working in tune with nature and its rhythm. For almost 10 years now we have been steadily realizing that dream, turning an abandoned field, with overgrazed soil, into a wonderful labyrinth of lush permaculture gardens and food
forest. With the help of a constant stream of volunteers, friends and family, we built a homestead, a haven for both wild and domesticated animals. We revitalized our soil and created areas to relax from where you can discover the surrounding nature.

Liveloula has become a platform and a learning space for people willing to learn to
integrate more consciously with their environment. We want to inspire and educate
people to live a more natural lifestyle. Liveloula is a meeting point where those people
can connect, share ideas and experience our story.

Tarefas: pillar 1: hands-on activities

Moreover, it underscores the proven benefits of practical work for mental well- being, illustrating how activities such as DIY projects, crafting, and manual labor can offer a pathway out of our minds and into the realm of creation, thereby enriching our overall experience.

pillar 2: community Building
Community living is the second pillar, and it's all about coming together and creating our own little world! Living with people from across Europe means crafting our own rules, activities, and agreements. Sure, there will be challenges like managing budgets
and expectations, but it's all part of the journey! Embrace thesehurdles as opportunities to grow your soft skills and become a stronger individual.

Aiming to cultivate a nurturing and safe space for all, we base our approach on the values of accountability, sustainability, and synergy. Over the years, we have created rituals and structures that we invite people to follow and reinforce with new and fresh ideas.
These are designed to bring us closer together, ensuring smoothoperations and a focus on the new learnings that arises.
