Resumo: Thehosting organization:
- Creates and guides ecotourism routes and hikes in the region, National Park, and the River Valley.
- Educates travellers about natural and cultural treasures, the significance of protection, green deals and environmentally friendly lifestyles.
- Recommends the destinations, and helps to book accommodations.
- Collaborates in tourism, hospitality and nature protection.
- Works on tourism marketing of the region.

Perfil: Aged from 18 to 30 years
+ Interested in living in a small city (9350 people)
+ Strong motivation to work in a team and lead guided tours
+ Communicative, respectful and open- minded
+ Positive and proactive
+ Flexible, adaptable, with a good time management skill
+ Ready to take responsibility and reliable in a crisis
+ Knows English (to communicate with visitors and make materials for social media and routes)
+ Has a strong respect for the rules
+ Patient and creative
+ Interested in tourism, environment, evolution and protection of nature
+ Well-skilled in IT, with designing and marketing competencies or ready to learn
+ Past experiences in environmental contexts, tourism and volunteer work are appreciated, as well as any education degree from a University

Tarefas: + Work on nature exhibits at the museum;
+ Learn and teach about nature, eco-friendly lifestyle
+ Make workshops etc.
+ Create interactive nature trails in the region with the tourism team
+ Guide tourists
+ Make social media content

Horário: The volunteers will work and learn 6-7 hours daily from Tuesday to Saturday(not full day 9-14).

Sunday and Monday are free.
Also, volunteers will get an extra 2 free days per month. Total 12 days

Condições: Accommodation: Small individual room with kitchen

Support money:
+ 5€ per day as individual support
+ 160-200€ per month for food

Travel costs
The travel expenses by planes, buses and cars to arrive and depart from Talsi will be reimbursed fully.

Transportation
You will get a monthly local transportation ticket. All necessary travel expenses will be refunded.
