Resumo: The hsoting organization is a public institution, caters to approximately 90 children aged 3-6 from Gardeja and nearby villages. Alongside its didactic and educational roles, the kindergarten prioritizes childcare. It offers:

- Continuous supervision and care for children during their time at the kindergarten and outdoor activities.
- Support for children in nurturing talents and developing intellectual skills crucial for daily situations and future education.
- Enhancement of educational prospects by encouraging curiosity, activity, and independence, while fostering essential knowledge and skills for school readiness.

We seek motivated candidates with proactive, creative problem-solving skills, initiative, well-honed organizational abilities, and at least basic English proficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys public speaking, embraces daily routines, and is highly motivated to organize diverse activities that enhance integration among Polish and international students, children, and youth.

Tarefas: - Assist in ensuring children's safety, aiding in self-care activities, supporting their development, and assisting teachers in implementing the core curriculum and educational projects.
- Aid in conducting artistic, art, music, and movement classes, as well as assist in preparing materials for classes.
- Lead games, sessions, and play activities with children, proposing, planning, and executing educational and enjoyable activities.
- Encourage children to explore other cultures, involve parents in collaborative efforts, and plan and deliver workshops and presentations for the community.
- Incorporate elements of foreign language learning whenever possible during their time at the facility.
- Implement their own ideas and initiatives, among other responsibilities.

Horário: The volunteer will work full-time with the Hosting Organization team from Monday to Sunday, totaling a minimum of 35 hours per week with two days off. This may require flexibility to work evenings and weekends, depending on events in the local community. Additionally, they may collaborate with other ESC volunteers in associated schools, kindergartens, and local institutions to develop joint projects and events.

Condições: * Travel costs coverage: Up to the limits established in the Erasmus+ Guide distance calculator from the volunteer’s region of residency to our city, and back.

* Free Accommodation: Double room. Houses are fully equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, washing machine, etc.). Note: be ready to share your flat with other volunteers of the other gender (not rooms!).

* Monthly allowance:
Pocket money: 150 euro/month (approx. 650 pln)
Food money: 600 pln/ month

* Insurance: European Health Card and Henner

* Language courses: Online Linguistic Support, possible lessons in person, according to availability.
