Resumo: The School House as a dedicated entity to youth in inclusion, it is a privileged space to learn. We are sure that the development of project in our entity will facilitate growth staff of volunteers and users through different learnings:

-Learn to learn: The volunteers that we welcome into our organization will live with inclusion youth and a multidisciplinary educational team, as well as with volunteers and other people who pass by here, honoring the oft-repeated phrase of `Open School`. The volunteer will have the opportunity to learn from professionals, with failed or violent young people, who suffer from the labels or diagnoses they bring when they arrive at the House.
Learning will be done by osmosis, the volunteer will learn with what he sees, hears and finally feels. We have a motto, ´I care´, everything matters to me, and we resonate with what is happening next to us and the world in every daily assembly.
The volunteer, like the rest of the people who live in the House, will have the opportunity to explore their own limits with young people who sometimes had a life that was too intense and with few opportunities. Finally, the volunteer will undergo training based on the Systemic Constructivist Model Based on Solutions, where more than understanding the different points of view that each reality has, he will become the main protagonist in its transformation, in what he can contribute in a different way.

-Communication in a foreign language: The volunteer will learn to master the language with the classes taught at the House-School, as well as, we reinforce it in other classes with young people in inclusion. They will have the opportunity to practice it in different situations, formal, non-formal and informal. It will also facilitate sharing the linguistic diversity of the multiple nationalities that coexist in the House, such as Arabic, French, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian... the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship: within the House-School there is a non-profit association available to all the helpers. develop initiatives in contexts such as: environment, restoration, art...
The volunteer will collaborate with other young entrepreneurs who are carrying out projects such as the Wildlife Recovery Center or the Social Cooperative: Promotes initiatives related to the E+ context actively, developing projects and acts in set.

-Social and Civic Aspects: Our volunteers will live and appreciate, day after day, values, rights and duties as European citizens, the hierarchy structures of the House-School are designed to exercise a critical spirit along with everything that resonates in the world and where important decisions are made in assemblies led by youth educators. The entity is focused on providing answers or solutions to conflicts among today's youth. It is based on a specific historical and geographical context, here and now, aimed at finding solutions by applying the historical perspective of achievements.

Before the volunteers arrive, we have signed an activities agreement with them. The steps for its development are as follows:
1-We propose the distribution of the tasks to be carried out by each association, some of the sending and hosting organizations. This agreement sets the guidelines that the volunteer must follow during their volunteering process, such as: each member and the volunteer will have from the beginning all the information that the entity's tutor and supervisor will provide. Information is available by email, telephone, web and graphic material sent by mail. This includes what the volunteer needs regarding visa, health insurance.
2-We establish each activity that the volunteer will carry out. On the one hand, the program leaves enough freedom in the volunteering process to work towards the volunteering objectives.
3-We plan the entire program, each member organizes the training and activity schedules of the volunteers, which is signed by the three parties, receiving organizations, broadcasters and the volunteer. Finally, everything will be documented in this Youth Pass.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The volunteers' tasks are very varied and evolve as the project progresses. Initially, they are accompanied in participating in the different activities of the School House, to show them how it works and to serve as support in their adaptation period, resolving doubts, introducing them to other professionals of the Entity and facilitating the connection with the young participants.
During this contact period, preferences are outlined and possible activities in which to participate on an ongoing basis and the tasks that the volunteer can perform with their account are established.
(For us, the ideal volunteer would be a person with initiative, who wants to share their skills and hobbies, who likes to face new challenges and who knows how to listen and learn.
Previous experience in working with adolescents, with the environment and in cultural and artistic activities is recommended.
Leadership, problem-solving and adaptation skills in the face of setbacks and changes are valued.
It is a dynamic project that offers many possibilities to create, design and develop multiple activities.)
