Resumo: The Club, established in 2013, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing educational and social assistance to children and youth, advocating for people's rights, and fostering community involvement to enhance the well-being of young individuals.
The organization's mission and vision focus on offering professional social-educational support to children and youth, particularly those who may be overlooked in society. Volunteers play a crucial role in the Football and Youth street work programs, using football and cooking as tools to bring about positive changes in participants' lives. International volunteers engage with young people, build relationships, play and lead football activities, and help teach important life skills such as teamwork, reflecting and managing emotions.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Necessary qualities of a volunteer in Football program:
- Able to reflect, empathetic;
- Able to connect with young people and build relationships;
- Easily adapting to changes, uncertainty and rejection, (as a possible part of building a relationship with youngsters);
- Having a good relationship with sports (not being afraid of sports, don’t have to be a professional athlete);
- Having any Slavic/Lithuanian language skills is a big plus.

Tarefas: Throughout the season, volunteers have the opportunity to take on leadership roles in camps, trips, unique activities, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of the youth involved.

Condições: you will have the opportunity to be hosted in a comfortable flat alongside other like-minded volunteers who share your passion for community service. You will have your own private room, providing a space for rest and relaxation.
You will also get:

- a team of dedicated professionals, including a mentor for personal support, a project coordinator to help you get the most out of your experience, and a tutor from the hosting organization to guide you every step of the way.
