Resumo: The Centre for the Blind and Visually is a specialized school catering to students with visual impairments and complex disabilities. The primary focus is on providing education to these students. The centre comprises a gymnasium and counselling department specifically designed for visually impaired children. The centre's mission is to empower students of various ages to be creative, community-oriented, and prepared for independent living. Additionally, the centre offers educational support to promote inclusive education in schools nationwide.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Creative, responsible, empathic, active, ambitious, speaks English, and interested in all things education. If this sounds like you, then we are waiting eagerly for your application.
You will also:
- get to know the principles of teaching a blind and visually impaired student;
- experience the life of the blind through practice;
- have a space for creativity and personal growth;
- broaden horizons about inclusion and diversity.

Tarefas: A volunteer will engage in various activities, including assisting students in improving their English skills, supporting them during educational trips, helping with after-school activities like robotics, initiating and developing educational activities aligned with their interests and helping with various activities for pre-schoolers (Do you play a musical instrument? Condições: you will have the opportunity to be hosted in a comfortable flat alongside other like-minded volunteers who share your passion for community service.
You will have your own private room, providing a space for rest and relaxation.
