Resumo: (Teams volunteering)
The hosting organization is an international dialogue center which has been founded by the protestant pastor and has been build by the sole work of young volunteers from all over the world.
It has been opened in 1951 and since then organizes camps and conferences both for minors and adults from Italy, Europe and the rest of the world.
It is runned by a group of volunteers from all over the world, living in comunity for a year or longer. Main themes of the center are inter-religious dialogue, antidiscrimination, gender equality, peace education and creating a european and international community.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Participants need to be available for two weeks, not less. Interested youngsters will be selected according to their motivation, their will to get involved in the project activities and bring a personal and active contribution to the placement. They will need to be ready to challenge themselves, to live and cooperate with other people. They don't need to have any previous experience or specific skills, but to be ready to learn and push themselves in new experiences out of the comfort zone.

Tarefas: The project aims to promote social inclusion values in a community context in the rural area. The hosting organization is a community center that organizes different programs in order to promote inclusive, intercultural, participating, democratic, and solidal societies. The volunteer will support the resident group. He/She/They will help in the working sector in which the work is divided: kitchen, cleaning, bar, servizio (setting tables, washing dishes), maintenance. The volunteer will also be involved in non-formal education moments on several topics.
The program also foresee leisure activities such as team games, hiking or creative workshops. The volunteer will in general join the community life of the Center, being an active part of it, having the chance to bring personal contributions with proposals and participating in decisional moments.

Condições: The volunteer will have a shared room, with a shared bathroom. He/She/They will be provided 3 meals a day, wi-fi connection, bed s
heets. The laundry is available with washing products for clothes. Travel arrangements will be agreed with the Center. Insurance and Pocket Money are provided.
The main cities in the surrounding area are Pinerolo and Torino, that can be reached by public transportations.
