Resumo: The organization works to prevent social hardship, school leaving and youth unemployment by giving information and increasing awareness about opportunities at the local and international level, but also about personal skills and potentialities, empowering young people to face the challenges they will run into and improving their individual and informal groups skills through participatory activities.

Perfil: + age between 18-30 years old
+ interested in youth and cultural issues
+ willing to get involved in communicating with young people
+ team spirit
+ responsible, creative, curious
+ good competences in using computer, internet, social networks: communicative, graphic and promotional competences and abilities will be positively valued

Tarefas: - Spreading information to young people about the opportunities offered by ESC and Erasmus+ Program, i.e. in high school
- Events organization
- Promotion and communication of the different activities run by the hosting organization
- Support the staff in their daily work
- Rooms arrangement
- if possible, involvement in European projects (i.e. youth exchanges, training courses) organised/hosted by the hosting organization
- conversation groups in many languages (i.e. Frenche, German, Spanhish, Chinese, English)
- non-formal training session with all the volunteers

Mostly in summer time, when some activities are not running, the volunteers will also cooperate with one
of the organisations that regularly works at the Theater Production Center with some additional tasks, i.e.:
- Help in setting up the performance space, theatreand garden
- Welcoming the public at performances and administering questionnaires/interviews
- Collecting and post-production of photo and video material for performances and activities
- Production of social content for storytelling of shows and activities
- supporting artists and educators during summer theatre weeks for children and young people

Horário: +/- 32 hours/week
