Resumo: (Teams volunteering project)
The hosting organization is an inspiring, relaxed, and international art center and residence, that hosts different kinds of cultural events. The art center and residence is a non-profit organization that is run by volunteers’ and artists’ help. This year the organization is celebrating its 25-year journey with a special exhibition focusing on conversations brought forward from spaces traditionally left on the margins in contemporary art's national and international contexts, which the volunteers’ tasks will revolve around.

Perfil: Project is supported by the European Solidarity Corps and open for 18-30 year old citizens and permanent residents of EU countries and Ukraine. No special skills are required, but we wish that the volunteers are interested in or have some experience from some of the following: gardening, arts and crafts, building things, documenting, art exhibitions, using audiovisual technology, and being in a group setting.

Tarefas: The volunteers' practical tasks will be helping with the construction and setting up of the summer exhibition, cleaning, restoration of outdoor sculptures, as well as landscaping and gardening. Previous experience in construction, light/sound tech, photography/video documenting and cooking for big groups is appreciated. Volunteers are also encouraged to explore their creative side together while in this inspiring environment!

Condições: The accommodation will be in shared rooms, for the first week in an old school building 10 km from the working place and for the second week in a local hostel in the city center. The volunteers are expected to be ready for communal living in basic conditions. Food will be cooked either in the accommodation locations or the workplace by the volunteers, the food will be plant-based and it's cooked in small teams by the group.
