Resumo: The organization is a mobile youth organization, which was created with support of the Youth Center, which is working since 1994 in the field of youth work in Estonia. We involve the youth from the age of 11 and provide variety of activities for self-development.

The role of our organization is to promote non-formal education, to involve youngsters in different social activities on local and international levels.
We coordinate our main activities in 5 different fields:
• PROJECTS
• VOLUNTEERING
• NON-FORMAL LEARNING EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, FORUM THEATRE,
HUMAN LIBRARY, YOUTH FORUMS, TRAININGS, SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS ETC.
• CAMPS
• YOUTH LABOUR MARKET

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - working with the youngsters and children;
- working in urban and suburban camps during schools holidays;
- teaching english/native kanguage and leading events on intriducing culture to the local youth and anyone interested;
- organizing and taking part in various projects, workshops,events, intertainment activities together with youngsters;
- leading workshops on different topics, all developed by themselves with help of the organization staff;
- take initiative and realize own ideas in action;
the main focus of work will be in the youth centre, where volunteer will try first-hand the methods of non-formal educaion. The personal timetible will be created in accordance with her/his needs and desires, but it will be fexible
