Resumo: (Teams volunteering project)
The hosting organization is a non-governmental organization, operating since 2008, promoting the demands of non-formal education, key competencies, attitudes of openness, tolerance and equality of life in a multicultural society.
The Foundation is active in the field of building local activity, strengthening social engagement, a sense of European citizenship and spreading European values - in particular the attitudes of tolerance, openness and respect for human rights.
The legal basis of the organization is the Act on public benefit and volunteer work, the headquarters of the organization is Poland.
The Foundation pursues lifelong learning postulates, implementing social projects at both local, national and European levels.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are seeking individuals with musical talents, artistic skills, creativity, and stage performance capabilities. We value qualities such as acting with integrity and promoting solidarity. Interpersonal skills are essential, including the ability to build positive relationships with diverse individuals.
Additionally, we appreciate attributes like patience, tolerance, flexibility, and strong organizational skills in potential participants.We extend a special invitation to Young Persons with Fewer Opportunities (YPFO) to actively participate in this project

Tarefas: Participants will be involved in the preparation of the European Week Project, encompassing the organization of the European Week festival, musical performances, workshops, and activities for children and adolescents. This opportunity allows individuals to showcase and promote their respective countries through cultural presentations held at public libraries in front of diverse audiences.
Additionally, Volunteers will engage with students in schools and high schools, facilitating interactions in English, conducting language games, exchanging experiences, workshops promoting tradition, sports and arts, actions supporting environmental protection, city preservation, smart energy, raising awareness in connection of unhealthy food habits. Furthermore, participants will collaborate in an office setting with a diverse team comprising more than 7 nationalities. We invite you to join us.

7. Reimbursement for travel tickets according to ESC Guide. We encourage participants to travel GREEN with more days to travel and a higher travel limit.
