Resumo: The hosting organization is a private institution established by parents 43 years ago. Located in the bustling city center, a vibrant university town, we cater to 80 children aged 6-10. In addition to traditional subjects like reading, writing, and math, our curriculum emphasizes self-expression (both vocally and artistically), emotional awareness, and empathy. Students learn about democracy and the importance of caring for others and the environment.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Candidates should be responsible and eager to support students and teachers, possess an open-minded and proactive attitude, be comfortable interacting with children from diverse backgrounds and age groups, have a keen interest in alternative pedagogy, and ideally, possess specific skills in arts, music, handicrafts, or sports.

Tarefas: As a volunteer, you'll be fully immersed in school life, acting as a secondary presence in the classroom, providing individual support to students, sharing meals with them, and enjoying our beautiful garden. You're encouraged to bring your creativity and passions (such as arts, music, theatre, or dance) to enrich the educational experience. We believe that education extends beyond the confines of the official curriculum, hence our emphasis on project-based learning!

Condições: Accommodation: Single rooms in a student hostel.
